INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- OCHIE offers FREE Shipping for orders exceeding $300 USD. A Standard Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $15 is available for all other International orders
By placing an order for International shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date.
OCHIE is not responsible for these additional costs.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2 business days. OCHIE will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders, including pre-orders, will be charged at the time of purchase. Please note the estimated ship date for pre-orders - which are indicated on the individual product pages. Our intention is to always ship all pre-orders prior to the estimated ship date, but we will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays. Delivery time depends on the method of delivery selected during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
OCHIE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
